Return Policy
1. All returns or refunds must be discussed and anthorized with Epathdeals Customer Service in advance, returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. You need to get an RMA (Returen Merchandise Anthorization) from us, then your issue will be processed better.
2. We do not accept any ruturn or refund if there is no any quality problem with the product you order and receive.
3. If the item is defective or broken in one week after you receive it, then replacement or refund are both acceptable. If the item is totally brand new and no any artificial damage, we can provide you a full refund. If not, we will deduct 20% of the cost at least according to the damage degree. To all the refunds, we can just refund you the product costs, but no shipping costs you pay.
4. If the item is defective or broken in one month after you receive it, we can repair it for you, or replace a new one for you if there’s no any artificial damage with the item and it is new.
5. If there is problem with the item in 3 months, we can repair it for you for free. You pay the shipping cost to send it back to us, we pay it to send it to you. Epathdeals do not provide return shipping compensation.
6. If the item becomes broken in 3~12 months after you receive it, we can repair it for free for you, but you need to pay the shipping cost back and forth.
Notice:
1.You’d better choose the local postal service or EMS when you return the goods and keep the declare value low to avoid Epathdeals to pay a lot of tarrif.
2.We are not responsible if the customer rejects the goods because of the customs duties.
